I really love the fun of the bike but , only 1 battery lasts for a day of 10 miles. Maybe the drive needs to be flat with no elevation at all. I live on Cape Cod where there is some elevation.

This bike is nice for the price but the acceleration is kinda slow and I am not a fan of the frame design. I got a lot of upgrades for this bike to make it look better.
Bought the bike for my son ended up, stealing it for myself. A blast to ride,and turns heads constantly.

I like the fact that I get dual motors two batteries and then it goes faster than my Himiway bike and I paid less don’t get me wrong. My other bike was a good quality bike, but it was a little bit too tall for me to stand flat foot at 5’5” tall with the middle loa don’t get me wrong. I put over 5000 HARD miles on these motors and they’re still going and on the same chain probably because only use the pedals when passing the weewoos. The seat is terrible. Rear suspension is not the best but seen worse. The forks are decent for what this bikes been through and just now starting to curve. I’ve since had to replace the controller and battery mount (got well done cooked and crispy but not on fire) you will say to yourself that the charging port cover is the bad design and should be a hard cover so you don’t fight it for ten minutes before the ride and then you’ll feel like you hit the lottery those times when it just slides right in. Maybe it’s me idk. The kickstand, the rear caliper broke yesterday going about 20mph luckily and destroyed the disc and locked the wheel up on me, saved it, it didn’t catch my motor wire because I rerouted it thankfully, it’s been complimented everywhere and always gets picked out of the crowd. All in all, I’d say it’s an overall beast compared to others in the price range, takes off like a rocket and replace the thumb throttle with a twist if you prefer like I did.
I ordered bike with the extra battery. Received package and there was no extra one. Emailed company and they said it would be sent about 6 weeks later. Until that time there was no correspondence saying they would not be shipped together. Still waiting on at least a tracking for my additional part. If it would have been relayed to us that there would be a seperate package with a 6 weeks later delay before purchase I would have given a higher rating.
Those handle bars haven’t arrived yet and are expected to be here June 9th. Not to mention the throttle replacement which has not shipped from China yet. When I emailed Meelod I was instructed to “be patient”.

Terrible shipping. Took forever and the box had a partially covered plastic bag on it, exposing my phone number. Very weird. Ordered 4/22 and said it would be delivered 4/29-4/30, but didn’t get it until 5/11.

The bike is powerfull and very fast,brake is strong and working well.Only down side is too havey because od the double battery and double motor.Over all awsome bike good Job meelod👍
Customer service recommended that I support the rear fender with a rope or something. The fender already showing damage and damage also being caused to the rear tire. With continued communication, customer service offered a $10 or 2 sets of brakes as compensation for my dissatisfaction.
When I counter offered with two sets of brakes front and two sets of brakes rear, I was advised that my request was excessive and that I could return the fenders for a full refund.
This show shows me that Meelod does not stand behind its products to fix the issue when something incorrect. I have also contacted Amazon regarding possible return of XT600DL bicycle due to my belief that Meelod does not stand behind its product.
