Great charged

Bought the charger thinking it was in stock in the US warehouse but it took a extra 2 weeks to come from China

300 max Rocks

Hey guys the 300 max has been a lot of fun. I’ve had it up to 30 just at the waters edge of the beach SW FLA here,at night in the forest of a near by park
and of course on road getting around quite nicely. So far all is well with the bike the quality is excellent…couple issues did come up that I didn’t report mostly because minor and there was no major carton damage. I found the handle bar assembly was a little tweaked on the left side. Had to loosen and adjust everything except the bolts for the brake master started to strip and I couldn’t get them loose without causing a problem. However the master was 45 degrees out of position. So I applied some technical force and rotated the master back into position the handle bar assembly has functioned properly ever since…The seat along the line of the frame around the middle had 2 slices with the inner foam showing. I applied a vinyl repair kit to it not pretty but holding fine.Kinda weird the way the damage was considering how they packed it all. So that’s what happened love the 300max great range great fun great quality for the buck thanks for checking in EL

Very poor

Very poor, slightly bent, back wheel is off centre, was put on at the factory so I’ll have to see if I can fix it tomorrow, hard to fit the back fender and because of the aluminium frame it got threaded so I had to resort to cable ties, also the rear fender could’ve been a little longer, but I won’t know till it rains..
So very poor and should’ve been the bike when purchased 😡

Love this bike ! Battery life is okay. Wish it had a little more cushion in the seat...but overall a great bike

Double the FUN

These e-bikes haul butt! Easily reached 35MPH and in dual motor mode, climbed the hill with my +200LBS on it. The only issue was the shifter on one of the bikes was damaged during shipping. I emailed and then sent pix & a video to Meelod. I was notified that a new shifter is being shipped to me. It’s going on 2 weeks and nothing received yet. We shall see.

Phone holder

Works well! & keeps my phone secure, even on bumpy rides.

Great

Great only reason for a 4 star would be the hump on the top side sits into your ass when you ride. I'm not tall only 5'9. So that aside it's 👍

Good fit 👍 just as a note

Good fit 👍 just as a note
, it would be even better if it came with a extra cable for the back lamp so we can move it to the back of the rare rack

The Meelod electric bike is good

The Meelod electric bike is good. It's designed with an attractive style, and its components are of decent quality. It feels comfortable when you ride it. The suspension actually works, and it handles smoothly on all types of surfaces.

The negative points that stand out to me personally are:

Excessive weight.

Short seat if you're taller than 180 cm.

It's quite long — the rear wheel feels like it's sticking out of the bike, and in my opinion, the chainstays are too long.

Poor controller configuration. Pedal assist on PAS levels 1 and 2 is weak. It doesn’t help much when climbing moderately steep hills, forcing you to overuse the throttle, which is always set at 100%, draining the battery quickly.

Even though I personally notice some shortcomings, it’s still a good product, and it’s clear that it was designed to be eye-catching — and it definitely is.

Fits like it was made for my bike :)

Came very quickly and in perfect condition. Took all of 10 minutes to install. IT really dresses the back end of the bike out well. I would have have no "CONS" if it had a higher weight bearing capacity (10Kg /22Lb), but it is good for my "usual" loads. Definitely very good construction and finish quality. I would recommend to any DK300 Max owner.

Sturdy and practical

Good rack overall! I thought the 10kg capacity would be an issue, but it’s not.

Great great greatest

Needs better design Rubs on seat so it will rip eventually

Needs better design It’s smashes up on the seat it should be an inch back so it’s not rubbing on the seat creating a spot that will rip sooner than it should.

Works on smooth surfaces but bumps aren’t great

Any amount of bumps, even when cranked down tightly, is less than desirable. Ended up using a different product with much better results on varied terrain.

Battery

Took 2.5 months to receive. Now I'm waiting on breaks. Forever. Must be coming all the way from China. For real

Ok

Not bad. Doesen't do that great on hills. Great on flat ground

If your contemplating it, just do it.

This bike is great! I ride it everyday for work and have been having a blast on it. The seat isn’t the best though. After 10 miles one way I can say and after market seat is a must but everything else is worth it. Just do it, you won’t regret it .

Good but has issues

I think I got an updated version of the dk300 max. From all the you tube videos I watched mine definitely has some changes. Pretty sure they upgraded the seat and is better than the one in all the videos that people complained about. I think the new one is a little bigger and and doesn’t have lip on the back. Also I got a half grip throttle and not a thumb throttle, I think that’s good and an improvement also.
The bad thing I am wondering if was mistake or not is my front forks do not have a preload dial on the left it’s just a black plastic cap that does nothing. Also the fork are not springing or cushioning at all they either can be locked out by the red dial or they stick either up or down not smooth at all. I’m actually going to take it in to be looked at. Another improvement I noticed was the brakes, the front rotor came stock at 203 and the back at 180. They do squeak and they rub and need some work. All in all i see some improvement but also still need.

Love it
Just what the bike needed to put a bag on to carry your tools and extra gear

Brakes

I like the bike and the speed everything is fine but them brakes. The breaks have been giving me issues since day one. They would rub real bad like it's a screw just grinding against it. That's my only issue I feel like I got used brakes when I got the bike.
