In-stock MEELOD electric bike models require extra processing time and will ship out within 1-2 business days of placing your order.
After your order has processed and left our warehouse, please expect approximately 2-5 business days for additional transit time and delivery. Delivery appointment is required and delivery times are dependent on availability by local distribution centers.

This warranty is exclusively applicable to Products, parts, and components fabricated, assembled, and sold as new by Meelod. The ensuing components are covered under this warranty against Manufacturer Defects:

What Is the Difference Between DK300MAX and DK300PRO?
DK300MAX has one more motor than DK300PRO, so it has faster speed and climbing ability, and can handle more complex terrains. It is the first choice for off-road enthusiasts.
Do I need to assemble the MEELOD Ebike When it arrives?
No, All our Electric Motorbike(also called moped style ebike) are 95% fully assembled before shipping to you. The remaining 5% will only take you about 5-10 minutes to complete. We’ve also created an unboxing video to ensure you have a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience.
What is the charging time for the battery, and how far can it go on a single charge?
