NO GOOD!

Horrible experience with this ebike. We purchased a XT600DL from MEELOD. This e bike has been complete junk since the day we received it.
The back brake lever and gear selector was bad from the minute we received it. We contacted MEELOD and they did send new replacement parts. After we got the replacement parts installed my son rode this bike off and on for a total of about three weeks then the front and back wheel hub motors stripped out. We were done at this point we were done with this ebike and requested a full refund from MEELOD as it had only been a couple of months since this happened. MEELOD responded back saying they do not do refunds but would send us new wheel hub motors for the front and back wheels. This was almost 2 months ago and we have yet to receive them. Please do your research as there are much much better and more reliable e-bikes on the market at the same price point.

Back tire flat on first ride

Spent 3 k for my first ride to end in a truck ride home and trying to find out if I could get my money back don't buy will fail

After lots of research for almost two months I decided on the Meelod XT600DL Not only was it good looking, it was faster off the line than others, still I already had an E-Bike, not as fast but didn't need it really till summer 2025, Well along came their Black Friday Sale and with $250 off, I couldn't pass up a deal like that!! though its my summer Hot Rod I've enjoyed around 50 miles on her so far and absolutely love it!!! What is the warranty policy for electric bicycles?

This warranty is exclusively applicable to Products, parts, and components fabricated, assembled, and sold as new by Meelod. The ensuing components are covered under this warranty against Manufacturer Defects:

-Motor - 1 year

-Frame - 2 years

-Batteries - 1 year

-Mechanical components - 1 year

Including suspension forks, stem, handlebar, headset, brakes (excluding brake pads), bottom bracket, crank set, rims, wheel hub, cassette, and shifter.

-Electrical components - 1 year

Including motor, throttle, control panel, controller, wiring harness, front light, rear light, IOT module, sensor, fingerprint module, and charger.

What Is the Difference Between XT600DL and DK300MAX?

The XT600DL is constructed from 6061 aluminum alloy, providing enhanced corrosion resistance and a lightweight design. It features a 1300Wh battery, offering slightly less range than the DK300MAX with dual batteries. However, with an astonishing torque of 180N·m and larger tires, it is particularly well-suited for off-road enthusiasts.

Do I need to assemble the MEELOD Ebike When it arrives?

No, All our Electric Motorbike(also called moped style ebike) are 95% fully assembled before shipping to you. The remaining 5% will only take you about 5-10 minutes to complete. We’ve also created an unboxing video to ensure you have a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience.

What is the charging time for the battery, and how far can it go on a single charge?

The MEELOD XT600DL' battery can last for 40-70 miles and it need to takes 7-8 hours.
