Overall I would consider these brake pads a 9/10 in my book. I’d recommend they actually display the four-piston brake pads rather then just the two piston ones to avoid individual’s purchasing the wrong pads.
I ride this bike all the time. I just hit over a thousand miles and I have not had any issues. This bike runs just as good as it did the day I got it. I am very rough on my bike. This thing is a tank!!! I am so happy I chose a dual motor dual battery setup. It's insane this bike cost as little as it does. It took me over a month to pull the trigger on which bike I wanted to purchase. This bike checked the three most important boxes for me. Power, range, and style. Any other dual motor bike I saw at this price was ridiculously ugly. Never mind they only had one battery and no back suspension. To me, this purchase was a no-brainer meelod hit the mark perfectly!!! They made the most basic setup so sexy. Which means if this company ever went out of business it would be super easy to swap out parts without making it look like a frankenstein bike. Never mind the fact that it is a steel frame which lasts a lot longer than aluminum.
Id prefer a twist throttle and have emailed asking about the possibility of switching to a twist throttle but your customer service doesnt respond to questions

I've had my 600 dual motor for about 7 months now and I write it to work everyday and it is always worked fine and I never get passed on the bike trail by another e-bike anyways.
The seat is terrible, I fabricated a plate and changed it. . The brakes are too small for such a heavy bike, the front rotor got hot and warped before 100 miles, I changed them to 180 mm rotors. The handle bars are too low. The tire tubes are cheap, one popped before 100 miles. The tail light didn’t work right out of the box so they sent me a new light which was the wrong light so after I fussed with customer service, they sent me a new controller and that fixed the light issue and now the motors are quieter and smoother. The rear air shock will not hold air. Good bike though with lots of power.
Bought for my son and he absolutely loves it. Loves the shocks, power and distance. A great buy and now all his friends want one. Looks super cool too! We'll made and quality parts. I as a parent love the quality of lights on back and front. Love the look of this bike too!

It's a solid bike. No real complaints. I would like a different seat though, and I'm not sure what's compatible yet. Also I have no idea how to get the Bluetooth thing working, or the cruise control if there is any. Basically I would get appreciate a manual to the display settings. Not the easiest to finagle. All in all a good bike. I would buy again. I would just like to know a bit more about the display settings. Also a new seat I'll find. But that's my preference. Also, if it's possible. I would like to know if it's possible to convert it to a twist throttle. If you guys could send one of the old ones that'd be cool. Aside from that it's everything it claims to be thus far.
Tail lights don’t work out of the box, they sent me a new one that doesn’t work either so now they are sending me another new one.
Hello I wish I can speak well about the mudguards like I did with the bike. There was no instructions inside the box and for being a first timer it was not so easy to install. When you break on the bike the tires hit the mudguards. The back mudguard wobbles when hitting a bump and hits the back tire. I hope you guys do better with mudguards and for the price of it.
Order the handle bar they it took almost a month to send it and was all scratched up very beat up don’t recommend
This bike gets me from point a to point b, but I've had problems with it since I got it. When I got the bike the tire size was set to 24 inches and that's incorrect. So that made the speed show higher than it actually was. It was showing it was going 28-30 MPH. That is very false. I've been riding it for about 2-3 months so far, and this bike goes like 22-23 MPH max. It's embarrassing to be on the thing sometimes. Total false advertisement. Totally doesn't feel like a class 3 ebike. It feels more like a class 1 or 2. The second issue I have is the brakes. I constantly worry about the brakes everytime I leave the house. The other day my brakes stopped working in the middle of the street! Luckily I got out of that situation safey. This bike honestly has brought me more stress and worry than fun and happiness. I wouldn't recommend this. $800 is cheap for an ebike, and it truly shows with this one. The battery is also an aspect of this that is stressful. I feel like. I only 2-3 months, the battery has degraded tremendously. If I could return this thing, I WOULD!

This is a good bike, my bike is starting to fall apart but the costumer support is very good
My original brake lever had taken some damage, so I ordered a replacement lever, the replacement was shipped to me super fast and works great just like the original one, thank you Meelod 👍🏾
