MEELOD Warranty & After-Sales Policy

At MEELOD, we are committed to providing reliable products and professional after-sales support. Please review the following warranty coverage, return policy, and service process details carefully.

1. Warranty Coverage

The warranty period begins on the date of delivery.

1.1 One-Year Limited Warranty

The following components are covered for 1 year against manufacturing defects:

  • Frame assembly

  • Motor

  • Battery

  • Controller

  • Charger

  • Front fork

  • Headlight

  • Handlebar

  • Derailleur

  • Throttle

  • Main wiring harness

  • Display/instrument panel

  • Integrated switch (3-in-1 switch)

  • Rear shock absorber

1.2 Six-Month Limited Warranty (Non-Wear Parts)

The following non-wear components are covered for 6 months:

  • Saddle

  • Seat post

  • Brake assemblies (excluding brake pads)

  • Crank

  • Rim

  • Kickstand

  • Handlebar grips

  • Chainring

  • Spokes

1.3 30-Day Limited Warranty (Wear-and-Tear Parts)

The following wear-and-tear components are covered for 30 days after delivery:

  • Bearings

  • Freewheel

  • Shift cables

  • Brake cables

  • Cable housing

  • Brake pads

  • Rotors

  • Tires

  • Chain

  • Pedals

  • Hub

After 30 days, replacement or repair costs for wear-and-tear parts are the responsibility of the customer or dealer.

2. Return Policy

2.1 30-Day Return Window

Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving the product, provided that:

  • The item has not been used

  • The product is in original condition

  • The original packaging box is intact

Return conditions:

  • Shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.

  • If the product has been used, returns must be mutually agreed upon. In addition to shipping costs, a depreciation fee will be deducted based on the product’s condition and usage.

2.2 Packaging Requirement

Products without the original packaging box will not be eligible for return or exchange.

3. After-Sales Service & Warranty Claim Process

3.1 How to Request Service

Offline Purchase:
Please contact your authorized retailer or dealer for service authorization.

Online Purchase:
Please contact our customer support team via email and provide:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos and/or videos showing the issue

  • Description of the problem

After evaluation, MEELOD will determine whether the issue qualifies for repair or replacement.

If a component is replaced under warranty, the replacement part will inherit the remaining warranty period from the original order.

4. Warranty Implementation Standards

4.1 Parts Replacement Policy

  • Within 6 months:
    MEELOD will provide replacement parts free of charge.

  • 6–12 months:
    MEELOD will provide replacement parts free of charge. Shipping costs may be negotiated and shared with the customer.

4.2 Unresolved Quality Issues

If a verified quality issue cannot be resolved after multiple repair attempts, MEELOD may provide reasonable compensation at its discretion.

4.3 Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by vehicle modification

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or human factors

  • Improper installation or unauthorized repairs

  • Normal wear and tear beyond the stated warranty period

5. Important Notes

  • Warranty applies only to the original purchaser.

  • Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

  • MEELOD reserves the right to inspect and determine warranty eligibility.

  • This warranty policy may be updated without prior notice.
