I think I should start by noting that the printed Owner's Manual has a very brief section about the Warranty and doesn't mention frame coverage at all.
The website, however, has a longer warranty write-up than I've seen for an ebike. The frame is only covered for a year, just like pretty much everything else on the bike.
A one year frame warranty doesn't instill a lot of confidence, but for $1.1k, i suppose I'm takin' my chances.
My review a week in:
My dk200dm arrived with no significant damage to the packaging, and was very well protected just in case.
On assembly, the front brake calipers needed to be pressed in so I could get the rotor between the pads while mounting the wheel. After that, they were very difficult to align for the wheel to spin freely, and the pads only contacted the outer third of the rotor's braking surface. Fwiw the rear brakes are aligned perfectly from the factory.
I'll also mention that the for dropout tolerance is minimal, in fact I had to pry both sides a bit to get the axle to fully fit.
After fully charging the battery, my first ride was up a 3-mile, 900' elevation paved road, all throttle in AWD.
It sailed right up at 20+ mph except on the steepest sections, where it dropped to 15.
I won't put it through this kind of riding often because the motors were pretty hot at the top.
That's the short-term review, which is what they want people to do rather than asking for reviews 6 months post-purchase...
