Order Cancellation/Returns

We cannot ensure that your request for order withdrawal will reach our shipment center in time to forestall dispatch, hence, kindly convey your cancellation wishes as promptly as possible.

  1. Pre-booked items qualify for a complete refund upon cancellation until the date of availability. Once the item is in stock, standard refund policies apply.
  2. All transactions concerning Closeout sales are definitive. We cannot match prices or process a refund/return for any model marked as Closeout.
  3. Untouched bicycles, components, and add-ons can be returned within 14 days of receipt by liaising with us.
  4. In the case of in-stock items and dispatched items (barring those barred by other clauses):
  5. Returns post the 14th day of delivery, as recorded by the courier, are unacceptable.
  6. Each e-bike cancellation/return incurs a $200 return fee.
  7. An item cancellation or return that has been opened invites a 20% processing fee.
  8. To be deemed returnable, the item must be untouched (e-bikes should be in mint condition and have traversed 15 miles or less), devoid of dirt, dust, or any fragrances/odors, in its original packaging (we will not provide a box) and condition, and accompanied by all included items (charger, pedals, bell, front & rear reflectors, headlight, toolkit (9 tools in total), user manual, quick start guide etc.).
  9. On receipt of a cancellation request, our support representative will compute restocking fees on an item-by-item basis and confirm if the order qualifies for cancellation.
  10. All reimbursements will be effected through the original mode of payment utilized for the purchase.
  11. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  12. Accessory and Replacement Parts: Purchases of accessories or receipt of a replacement part under the Limited Warranty are returnable within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused, free of any signs of use, sealed and unopened in the original packaging. Customers bear the shipping charges both ways.
  13. Policy for Returning Open Box/Refurbished Bicycles

Open Box bicycles and refurbished bikes are sold in an “as is” condition and are ineligible for return.

Non-returnable items encompass, but are not confined to:

  • Used, undamaged equipment
  • Special orders
  • Gift cards
  • Gifted orders
  • Items exhibiting wear
  • Open Box bicycles and refurbished bikes
  • Products from unauthorized resellers/individuals
  • Items damaged due to human factors
  • Gift cards
  • Insurance
  • Non-tangible products.

 

For the purpose of warranty and returns, you are responsible for supplying a return shipping box, at your cost, if the original product box has been discarded.

RETAIN YOUR BIKE BOX, even if it incurred damage during shipping.

ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION FROM THE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE TEAM.

Return shipments devoid of an authorization code may result in lost packages. Meelod Bikes disclaims responsibility for items returned without explicit permission.

Flash sales are excluded from our price matching policy.

The final refund amount may be reduced due to deductions of restocking fees, return shipping charges, and the insurance cost of the original order.

For return orders, approval of the refund will ensue after successful delivery and inspection of the returned package by our warehouse. Customers will be updated via email and can expect a refund through the original payment method. Please note that banks or credit card companies may require up to 30 additional days to process the refund.
