I received my bike couple days ago. When I got it in and set it up the brakes were loose. for the most part not bad for the price and easy to build. Really would like to see other companies make this good of quality bike for this price. For longer rides the seat starts to get uncomfortable

Great and reliable e-bike

I've been riding this bike for 5 months so far .. commuting to and from work in Chicago (3miles each way) . Works like a champ fast enough for the mission. On my days off I take my small pet with me for some amazing rides along the lake Michigan bike path. I had a question for their costumer service and they took care of it right away .
