I've been riding this bike for 5 months so far .. commuting to and from work in Chicago (3miles each way) . Works like a champ fast enough for the mission. On my days off I take my small pet with me for some amazing rides along the lake Michigan bike path. I had a question for their costumer service and they took care of it right away .
Minor dints in fender and break disc when delivered, could blame that on FedEx, but over all great strong size bike! Comfortably fits 5’9/5’10 165 lbs woman. This bike would be a struggle to consistently bring up stairs, I believe it’s meant to stay outside in most scenarios.
This bike is great for anyone looking to get into electric bikes, low seat height and smooth power makes this great for beginners, also the customer service is great.

After a lot of research on e-bikes, the Meelod DK200 was exactly what my 13 year old son needed to get around town. The Meelod came mostly put together, my son was able to assemble it by himself. Priced lower than many others out there, this bike is quality.
